EZ Foldz Step Stool

Stumble Upon Toolbar

Since I am only 5'1" AND A HALF (we Shorties never leave off the halves) there are a lot of shelves in my kitchen that I can't reach without help.

I have tried various stools and steps, but I have found all of them to be too bulky or cumbersome for my liking.

Until now!

I found the EZ Foldz Step Stool and, next to MaddieLynn, it is my new best friend in the kitchen.

It gives me nine extra inches in height, but the very best part, the part that has elevated our relationship into that next level, is that it folds, in one easy motion (no latches or levers), into less than 2 inches wide!

That means I can use it to grab a big bag of flour from the cabinet over the fridge, and while still holding the flour, I can pick up the stool, collapse it, and stuff it under the kitchen sink where I can find it and use it again three and a half (told you we Shorties never forget the halves) minutes later to reach something else.

It is made to bear up to 300 pounds which means my husband could get on there with one or two of the kids if he ever had a mind to. Although since he is 6'5", I'm sure he is laughing himself silly right now at the thought of ever needing a stool to reach anything lower than Heaven.

In any case, this stool Works For Me! If you need a little extra height in the kitchen, or have a mother or grandmother who does, check out the Amazon link above. There are still a few more available.

Be sure to visit Rocks In My Dryer for more Works For Me tips.

I have a fold up step stool in the kitchen (tucked in by the fridge) that I can't live without!!

No, I didn't see anything in Google Reader, so I clicked through because I assumed the link was a picture that I couldn't see. But even at your site I can't see it. Guess it's just me, then. :-)

Harmony, I'm not sure why it's not showing up. I can see it here. Now I'm wondering what is and isn't visible for others.

Well, I can see where the picture is supposed to be. There's an extra large space between your link to maddielynn and the next paragraph, so something ought to be there, right?

I'm sorry to have a messed up computer. Hopefully everyone else can see it and I can live with being the annoying one who makes you describe all the pictures you post that I can't see. ;-)

Harmony, In case you can't see our family photo in the side bar, I look remarkably like Heather Locklear.

What a cool stool! We have a stool the kids use in the bathroom to reach the sink, but it's always in the way. This would be so neat to use in there...of course, they'd actually have to PUT it away to make it work. But one can still hope!

I love this stool...mine lives under the kitchen sink in the cupboard...so handy to grab and then put away.

This is really great - thanks! I love knowing that it's easy to fold, no losing a finger in the process!

Thanks for the tip! I am a shorty too. We need all the help we can get, right?

By the way, I am also a Homeschooler. I have one 5 year old son.

AND I use PaperBackSwap. Great site, isn't it?

Nice to meet you. Here from WFMW.
