Cheese Ball Igloo with Olive Penguins

Stumble Upon Toolbar

I make this cheese ball most years whenever I need to bring a dish to a holiday party. I took it this year to a Christmas ornament exchange at my friend Lindsey's house. I forgot to take a picture first, but it looked just like this one I found on the site that has the recipe.

It really is a simple recipe and it is guaranteed to impress! Just be sure not to make the little penguins too far in advance, because then they will become limp and anemic looking.

This is a great dish to take to a New Year's Eve party, too!

I LOVE it! I bet your kids have a wonderful time helping make the penguins! And building the igloo.

I'm printing out the directions for my daughter, the lover of all things decorative in the edible realm. Thank you! :)

This idea is so cute. My kids love cheeseballs, olives, and penguins! They will be so surprised when I show them this tomorrow night. I linked to this post for today's blog highlight.
