Our family loves corn on the cob.
Whenever we have it, the kids enjoy pitching in to remove the husks and silk.
Then, I spread liberal amounts of butter on each ear and sprinkle on parsley and garlic salt before wrapping with foil.
Place ears in a roasting pan and roast at 350 for 40 minutes.
DELICIOUS!

Yum, that sounds delicious!
Yum! In South Africa they are sold on the road side after being roasted on a fire (complete with the husks). Yours look more yummy ;)
That sounds super easy and yummy! I am definitely going to try this!
YUM!!!! I love fresh corn on the cob, and this looks scrumptious! :)

Ooooh! Never saw it this way.

I am officially adding this to my menu plan for next week. :)
Mmmm.... we are growing corn in our garden. This looks so good! Our grocery store has ears on sale 4/$1, so I don't think I'm going to wait on the ones in the garden before I try this!
