Playing With Fire

Stumble Upon Toolbar

Sometimes I let my son do crazy experiments he comes up with. Sometimes they involve matches and jet propulsion.

I KNOW! Bad mother! Bad, bad mother!

So, I guess that's why he thought it was a reasonable request to ask if we could build a bonfire in the back yard and burn the 3rd grader's math workbook she just finished.

Don't worry. I said no.

By the way, I don't know if you've been messing with your Feedburner / RSS feed or something, but your posts are showing up in my Google Reader as unformatted text with no pictures. Unformatted text meaning no line breaks - everything is just one big paragraph.

For example, your Smockity Update post showed up like this:

"1. I'm sewing like crazy to get the Easter dresses ready for Easter. 2. I'm on #5 of 6.3. I tried to load photos of a sneak peek of the dresses, but my computer refused to cooperate.4. We leave Friday to check into the hotel where the kids participate in the Bible Bowl and Chorus competition.5. That means the Easter dresses must be done before Friday.6. And the Easter grass/eggs/candy/"
