Lesson Learned

Stumble Upon Toolbar

When you move houses, there are empty drawers, shelves, and closets galore. (At least for the first day or so)

Figuring out where to put everything is, at the same time, exhilarating and daunting. Should the plastic cups go down low so they can be easily reached by little hands? Plates nearer the dishwasher or the table? How about putting the package of 500 napkins in a bottom drawer for easy access?

Not the best idea I've ever had.

Haha! Thanks for the laugh - and the lesson!
One by one I have 'lost' my leftover styrofoam Christmas plates because of keeping them in a low (and what I thought was 'out of the way') cabinet!

What a cute picture! Obviously that's a great place for the napkins. Just depends on your point of view.

Great laugh--thank you!

Ah ha!! I'm having the same issue with the 15 month old climbing on the table pulling napkins from the napkin holder and throwing them EVERYWHERE!

Their little minds seem to constantly be thinking of ways to make us pull our hair out!

Too cute!!

So I don't have your email address or I would have emailed you about this...the people who are working on your house seem to always leave the lights on at the end of the day. Your garage lights are on right now...some bedroom lights have been left on before. You may not care, but thought you would want to know.(especially if you are still paying the electric bill!!)
