For All You Health Nuts

Since I posted my chocolate cookie recipe and since it is obviously not for health nuts, I decided to invent a recipe that is.

Whole Wheat Almond Cookies

2 sticks of Imperial (margarine)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup white granulated sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp.
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped almonds

Beat together margarine, eggs, vanilla and granulated sugar. Add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy. Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add almonds. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
