6 yr. old woke me at 3:30 a.m. to report that 2 yr. old threw up in her bed. She seems to have a stomach virus of the violent and frequent sort.
Unspeakable Events made it seem wise, yea, even imperative, to administer a 4 a.m. bath. Upon the completion of which another violent upset occured.
Husband is headed out of town in a few hours.
Pray for me.

oh snap. That is a major drag! I'll be praying for you all
It is. By Far. The Worst.
Sorry you are dealing with the "fro-ups". Hope your kids decide *not* to share :)
Thanks for the blog help!
Did I miss the update on your little one and her dental drama? That whole incident made my toes curl!
Prayers are going up right now.
Oh man. I am so sorry! I will be praying for you
I remember those days! My husband traveled a fair amount when the boys were little and, as I remember it, we NEVER had an illness or emergency when he was IN town! Good luck! My prayers are for you this a.m.
UGH. Is he coming home at the end of the day at least? That stinks. Literally probably too.
It is in times like those that I bring out all my spare towels. I lay them all on the floor from kids beds to the bathroom. If a little one can't make it to the bathroom in time I'm not sitting there at 4am trying to scrub out carpets. I just scoop up the towels and then begin the washing machine, and place a few more down until the next time.
Just a thought from one who knows about such things. Hope things get better very quickly for you.

Ohhhh, I'm sorry you're all struggling right now. Karen (Engstrom Family Cerebrations) and her family have been battling the yuckiness and our family had three weeks of it just recently, too.
Hang in there, Smockity Fam!
Love,
Ruthanne
Praying for you and the family, especially that the baby doesn't get it.
I hope you don't mind, I added you as a link on my blog. I read your blog almost every day.
