We love to make these chocolate cherry mice at Christmas time. They are very simple to make and fun to eat!
Ingredients:
Hershey's Kisses
Almond slices
chocolate chips (for melting)
cherries (with stems)
Dip the cherries into the melted chocolate and stick a Hershey's Kiss on to form the head and body of the mouse. Before the chocolate has a chance to harden, put two almond slices in for the ears. Use decorator's icing for the eyes. Or leave them off if you prefer your mice blind.

Those are so cute! I think I'll try them next year or during some free time. I love those pj's. Did you make them?
how cute! I would have to make some if I didn't really, really, really hate mice! ;) But maybe for my boys I can get over it, lol. Thanks for posting! :)
Lindsey, I did make the pajamas. They get new Christmas pj's every year on Christmas Eve.
Amy, I have thought before that it is kinda gross to think of eating the head off a mouse... but it never stops me from gobbling these up!
Scott has to make these every year. People actually are disappointed if we show up at holiday functions without them. And I love the pjs!!
