Removing Crayon From the Dryer

Stumble Upon Toolbar

Did you know you can remove melted crayon from the inside of your dryer with one of those dryer sheets? Yep! Just soak the dryer sheet in water and scrub away. Use a plastic spoon to scrape off big chunks and it won't damage the finish.

I also saw that WD40 works, but since it is flammable I didn't think it was a good idea to put it INSIDE the dryer.

Not that I had to have this information today or anything. I just thought maybe one of you out there might need.... to know..... this. You know, if it ever happens to you.

I'm just sayin'.

Very good to know. I have found crayons in the washer before. Luckily they were washable and mostly melted in the water. But I had to rewash the whole load.

This advice is a bit late for me but thank you anyway. Now I know.
