It is just before 9:00a.m. and this is my day so far:
Get out of the shower to find bathroom door wide open. Because privacy is overrated, really. Don't you think?
Notice just outside my bathroom door approximately 129 buttons from the button jar we use for a sorting activity.
Wonder where the button jar and the remaining 462 buttons are.
After getting dressed, go into the kitchen to find that a GALLON of milk has been poured out onto table.
Have a "discussion" with 3 yr. old concerning the pouring of milk.
Walk into the living room to find the remaining 462 buttons scattered about.
Play a fun, fun round of Button Pick-up with 1 yr. old.
Updated to add:
It is now 9:22 and we have:
A spilled (very large) bag of cereal.
A nosebleed.

LOL...sounds like your day is off to a fabulous start! Have fun:)
Hey, we have a nosebleed story up at our blog too! I hope your day slows down. Elizabeth
you will let us know how the rest of the day goes right? :)
Aaaaaannnnnndddddd......how would this be different from your usual days? You can't fool me....I live much of the same life with many of the same ages......
:)
(Smooches!)
Uh huh, who needs a closed bathroom door anyway? My kids are all rotten at that, except the 10 yr old who is starting to want her own privacy.
Nosebleed? Check. Spilled cereal? Check. No Privacy? Check - it's a normal day!
At least the cereal was dry, right?
At what age do they start pouring milk safely? I haven't let me five year old try yet.
Can you say, "Chocolate break?" Wow!
Nikki, I remember when I had lots of littles, like you, and an older mom told me, "When someone else besides you can pour milk, your life will get a LOT easier." She was right! My 5 yr. old can pour it if the jug is about half empty. I recommend letting them practice pouring water in the bathtub, first.
Priceless!!!! :-)
That's what you get for taking a shower:)
