Aprons!

Stumble Upon Toolbar

Hello, everyone!

Welcome to my very first attempt at blogging and displaying my creations for sale. I hope you will visit again and often. I'm new at this, so I hope you will be patient with me. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think so far.

Here are some pictures of the style of apron I am selling. I was inspired to make these by Barbara at www.mommylife.net. (Check out her apron contest.) My apron is made from oilcloth, which makes it waterproof. Just wipe it with a damp rag to clean. (Great for working in the kitchen or when painting or doing other messy projects.) This design is very feminine and flattering to all figures. I am making these available for $32 plus shipping. For orders of 2 or more to the same address I am offering free shipping.

I'll be posting more pictures soon, Lord willing.

Many blessings,
Myfriendconnie

Blogging and a home-based business?!

Goodness, gracious...where DO you find the time??

Cute apron - I'll take one.

Hi Jeanette!

OK, I'll let you in on my time management secret..... I *never* fold underwear. That's right, I just throw it right in the drawer! That allows me to have loads of free time to make aprons for friends like you! :)

I'll get started on your apron right away and let you know the total with shipping and tax. My first customer...I'm so excited!!

An Apron....HMMM.....Oh! to wear with cute jeans or, to frame on your kitchen wall! My mother had one of these. Cute!!! Just joking. They are fabulous. Looks more like a work of art than a kitchen helper. I love your time saving advise about underwear, if my teens ever pick them up off the floor I will throw them right in the drawers. Good to hear from your world.

I love your creation Connie! May all that you do bring glory and honor to God!

May the favor of the Lord our God rest upon us; establish the work of our hands for us— yes, establish the work of our hands.

Jennifer and Lauren - I'll start on your aprons this week. Email me with your addresses and I'll let you know the tax and shipping costs.

Cassie and Tonia - Love you girls! Thinking of your mom in an apron working in the kitchen brought back wonderful memories!

Michele and Headmistress - Thanks for linking! (That's a hint for you Michele. Snicker, snort!)

I love this apron - and if you ever decide to offer it in fabric that is not oilcloth, I'd love to buy one. I just prefer something that is not so stiff, like a canvas or a cotton.

Congrats on your site, and best of luck. I'll check back to see if you expand your stock and designs. I really love the frilly one you have on in the picture on the apron contest site.

Thanks Goslyn,

I am looking into making the frilly apron to sell, along with some other things. I'll try to add some more items as I go along.
Thanks for stopping by!

Connie,
I love this apron! I looked on Amazon.com to buy this apron, but they were all out- what a find to see that you make them too! :) Well, I'll be talking to my husband about this. I love, love, LOVE the style of this apron (colors and all)-- I featured it (the Amazon version) a few weeks ago on my blog, lamenting that there were no more available.

I am in Texas, but technically live in China, but since you'd be shipping to Texas do I have to pay tax too? :)
Jess

Hi Jess,

I'm glad you came by. I will have to charge tax when shipping within TX. It is only $2.64 for 1 apron.
